My name is Phil Martin. My son, Grant, needs a heart transplant. He is 24 years old and a recent graduate of Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. His condition requires him to stay at Emory University Hospital until he receives a transplant. He checked into the hospital on April 18t, 2024. Although insurance will cover the bulk of the cost, there are a lot of things not covered and the costs are adding up. Transportation and food for family caregivers, the copays for his immunosuppressant drugs, etc.

It will be a while before Grant is allowed to work again. Friends and family have already given so much financial love and support and it is greatly appreciated.

When Grant returns home and is cleared to drive and work again, he intends to teach High School English.
