Hello everybody, I recently purchased my first property, a small 2 bedroom, fixer upper in the country, for myself & my two children. As a 1st time Homeowner, I was uninformed about a lot & basically got scammed on the purchase of the home & now our little shack is falling apart in so many places. We are blessed, I am very grateful for our home & I'm doing all I can to keep it & get it fixed,..

I ran into a deer on the expressway & totaled my vehicle, which then caused me to lose my job. Now, I have been without a vehicle or a job for over a year. Barely scraping by. My savings is gone & we are in desperate need of financial assistance.

Any funds donated will contribute to a decent, reliable, used vehicle, so I can get back to work. Also, plumbing, electrical & a new kitchen floor, because my floor is sinking, it's very unsafe & can fall in any day now. Also, My son is autistic & now due to recent budget cuts his insurance is no longer offering the coverage for his ABA or therapy. I'm trying to find an alternative that I can afford to pay out of pocket. Also, my eyeglasses are broken & really need a new pair, so I can see.. House needs a lot of TLC
