Charlie needs your help.

One minute he was chasing the dog around the house in his walker and several hours later he was on his first helicopter ride to Prince of Wales Children’s Hospital in the fight of his life.

Charlie was diagnosed with an infection on his heart valve which saw a fragment dislodge and travel into his brain. This blockage resulted in seizures and Charlie suffered 2 strokes and significant brain damage as a result.

As the heart infection has damaged the valve significantly Charlie is waiting to be in the best possible health to undergo open heart surgery. Doctors have told Charlie’s mum and dad that this could be 6 weeks away and then, if the procedure goes well have a 6-8 weeks away recovery.

We need your help to keep Jason And Hayley by Charlie’s bedside during this critical time.
