On Sunday, Sept 1st we got an unexpected call saying Billy was sent to heaven ..  he was a family man ... a man who was raising his son and nephew to be Kings ... he was a GOOD MAN .... and now his family is left wit memories .... you will truly be missed .... we loved you ... you always had a smile on ur face no matte r what you were facing ... REST EASY ... the family is asking for any kind of donation to help lay Billy to rest
