Funeral expense for Charles Helmick

update; my grandfather passed yesterday. I have some money collected for the funeral but there are a few other expenses that go with the funeral such as the opening and close of the grave that I didn’t prepare enough for .

Hello. I am setting up a go fund me to help with the funeral expenses to come for my grandfather Charles “Sunny” Helmick. He is 82 years young and He was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach and esophagus cancer that has spread and is inoperable. Chemo was not an option for him as he has an allergic reactions. We have called in WV Caring to help in his time of need. Hospice says 1 week to possibly one month left to live. he will be going to a nursing home this Friday is he continues to survive. He had life insurance up until the point of 80 when his policy cancelled. His funeral will cost roughly $6000 including opening and closing of the grave. If you can find it in your hearts to help, myself and my family would be much appreciated.
