Cooper, a gentle and loving older dog, has faced some tough times after losing his owner who, unfortunately, didn't have a plan in place for him. He’s now in our care, but he needs urgent medical attention. Cooper has some lumps on his body, and his mouth is in significant pain, requiring dental cleaning and numerous extractions.
