Welsh Three Peaks Challenge
Hi everyone,
6 college mates have come together and decided to carry out the Welsh three peaks challenge on the 21st of April 2023.
Participants (Joe Laver, Josh Evans, Josh Thomas, Iwan Sheridan, Cameron Williams, Haydn Dummett)
The reason we are carrying out this challenge is to raise money for a great cause being the British Heart Foundation. It funds the research in the battle against heart and circulatory disease which is the cause in quarter of the deaths in the UK.
This has effected a tutor of ours and his family and friends massively who recently lost a Sister, Friend, family member and Parent. As well as this the research carried out at the British heart foundation and other Heart foundations globally allowed for his father to receive a heart transplant.
We’ve decided to give something back to our tutor who’s taught us over the last 4 years in Electrical Engineering at Nantgarw College Campus and created a huge impact on our futures and further careers.
Any donations big or small will be greatly appreciated by not just us but the millions needing the vital research provided by The British Heart Foundation and the families it has effected.
