After a courageous 15-month battle with glioblastoma, Jonathan returned to his Heavenly home on May 25th.  He leaves behind an amazing wife and five beautiful children.  

In lieu of funeral flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the #TeamJardine account to assist in expenses as well as a trust fund for future use by his five remarkable kids.
