Hi!
My name is Lauren and I’m an incoming Freshman at Winston-Salem State University. I graduated high school a 3.8 GPA and as a BETA Club member. I also obtained over 280 hours of community service. I created this GoFundMe in hopes of getting assistance with the remaining balance of my tuition. Winston-Salem State was my first school of choice and I’m so happy to be attending an HBCU. The remaining amount is $2000 after all financial aid options in grants and loans. My mother is a single parent whose job was effected by COVID-19 which makes this amount difficult for us to obtain by the end of August so any donations would be greatly appreciated!!
