Jason and I have been married for 9 years. We love life. We enjoy the simple life- hanging out with our daughter, Molly, being outside with our animals, and hanging out with family and friends.  We moved to NC about 2 years ago from PA.  We love our life here. 

This past year, like so many other people, has taken a toll on our family.  Jason’s health has been up and down for a few years but has taken aturn for the worse this year.  He has been suffering from liver disease.  The doctors have told him that the next step is a transplant.  Jason is so strong and we are a strong couple.  We face the storms that come our way and have always come out stronger than before. We have always had the love and support of the people around us  

He is now “on the list” for a new liver.  A new liver will give him life back. He will be able to enjoy his days more and get his strength back. We are so thankful for this opportunity.  Of course, it comes with some expenses. Luckily, our insurance will cover the majority of the intensive surgery and hospital stay afterwards. 

The money that is raised will be used towards uncovered medical bills, driving to and from the hospital (it’s about 45 minutes one way), and time off of work.   

We truly appreciate any help that people can give.  We understand that so many people are facing storms of their own. Thank you to each of you.
