Tyrion’s Surgery

Hello everyone,
I’ve never really done anything like this before but here it goes:
My cat, Tyrion is about 3 years old. I adopted him from Placer county ASPCA in July of 2017 after he was found on the road hit by a car. This cute little guy became my best friend.
Last Tuesday I took my baby to the hospital because he wouldn’t stop crying.
As it it turned out, he had a urinary obstruction. They tried everything they could without surgery but after a week in the hospital it was necessary for him to have an operation.
On Monday he had a successful surgery to make his urethra bigger.
The total vet bill came out to about $7500 dollars and my pet insurance barely covers half that amount.
I could have never guessed that my vet bills would so outweigh my coverage and to make things worse, this year I enrolled in grad school full time, took on student loans, and started to work only part time to keep up with my studies.
Any and all help to mitigate the cost of my best friend’s procedure would be greatly appreciated and I will be more than happy to send those who help update videos and pictures as he recovers.
