Speranza
Donation protected
My name is Sean P. Pallatroni, I am a young composer with a new and exciting project about to be premiered.
My writing partner Mark Mazzarella and I have created a new ballet, which is titled: Speranza. We combined our individual talents for music and magical illusion, as well as our shared passion for theatre and storytelling to create this work. We have also issued the brilliant choreographer Roman Baca and the Ballet Theatre Company of West Hartford to put up the show this May. It's a very exciting theatrical project that has never been attempted on this scale, and will change the way audiences see ballet.
For this production, the crucial aspect of the performance will be the live music accompanying the brilliant dance and magic on stage. We are lookign to raise money for a live orchestra for this premier. Every dollar donated will be used to pay the live working musicians, and ensure the best quality for this first-step project.
The donation period will end the day of the performance, May 14, 2016.
For me, this ballet is the culmination of almost a year of storywriting, collaboration, composing, and orchestrating. It is a passion project that has already sparked interest from other dance companies both nationally and internationally. I feel this production is only the first step in long process to noteriety and success, and you can help support the growth of new art and new work!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart. New videos and recordings will be made available as this process continues, so I invite you to check back in regularly for updates.
You can visit the Ballet Theatre Company's website and see information about the production at www.dancebtc.org
