Mental health awareness and Suicide prevention

Hi i am Tracey Roberts I sadly lost my daughter to suicide on the 23rd April 2021 aged 26 .I am setting up a project in honour of my beautiful daughter Jade. My work premises will be located in the Old Swan area of Merseyside. I  am a qualified Psychotherapist and with my expertise i am going to run the project for adults with mental health .I am committed to breaking down the barriers that prevent people talking about mental health .Jades place will provide awareness and understanding of the issues around mental health such as anxiety, depression, self harm , substance abuse, low self esteem, anger management and suicide prevention. i am committed to breaking down the stigma around mental health. Jades place will have a variety of interests which my little girl adored for example, animals and cooking.
