Eastgate Fellowship Youth Retreat

My name is Kris and my husband's name is Matt. We are the middle school youth group leaders at Easgate Christian Fellowship in Panama City, Fl. Every summer the kids have the opportunity to go on a trip together and this year we're going white water rafting and zip lining in North Carolina. 

Matt and I are also parents of 4 boys so we know that raising kids isn't cheap. Every little penny counts, so we kept cost in mind when choosing where to go. Believe it or not, this is WAY cheaper than a trip to Disney, Universal, Six Flags, or any other place we thought to take the kids. Even so, with transportation, lodging, and everything else the cost came up to a grand total of $330 per person. That's tough enough for parents to scrape together, but quite a few families have at least 2 kids in middle school and without donations and sponsorships quite a few families won't be able to send their kids. 

Please consider donating. Ever single penny counts! Our goal is for every kid to be paid for in full so that the strain on the families is as minimal as possible. The kids have all put in a lot of hard work at a couple different fund raisers but we still have the majority of the money to raise.
