Hi, my name is Thomas Taylor from Elm Grove, LA.  In March, most of North Louisiana flooded due to heavy rains. The area I lived in was one of the hardest hit by flood water.  

We lost our home and everything we had.  We have absolutely nothing.

The money my family will receive from this fund will be spent on clothing, food, and furnishings as well as help us get a place to live.  Also, it is harder now for us to just make it from day to day on my salary.  I do hope this fund will find people who are able to help us, we are more desperate now than when I first started this fund.

We are now struggling with our mortgage company because they have seized our home and property and plan to put it up for sale to someone else.  This small piece of land has been in my family for over 50 years.   

I'm sorry to have to come to you for help like this but other than the income from my job, I don't know how to get enough to start over.
