Hi, my name is Bao Nghia Dong and Im raising fund to help myself overcome a very difficult time.

In June 2024, I made an application to keep staying in the UK after living here for 8 years but unfortunately it has been refused by the home office due to procedural and administrative errors. This decision has come as a shock for myself and my friends. I was working as a restaurant manager in central london but lost my job as a result. I appealed the decision but recently get rejected again.

I have spent most of my savings for rents and food during the unemployment time (about 6 months) and now need legal advice to continue appealing the decision.

The reason why Im fighting with the Home Office to stay in the UK is that after coming out to my family when I turned 30, I am no longer welcomed there. Fortunately I established my new life here in the UK and found my partner.

I have been looking for different legal representatives and was told that our case is strong and is likely to get accepted. However the cost is a little bit too much for me given the situation. It is between £1500 and £2000.

My partner and I have saved enough for my application fee (£1200) and the NHS fee (£2500), it would be really appreciated if we could get help with the above legal fee.
