Sam's Graduation

My brother-in-law, Sam, is here in the US with an Education Visa. He's worked over the last year to do two years work of college so he can go to grad school and be able to provide for his wife and son. Unfortunately, he's been left in a tough spot with no money, and he can't legally work in the US.
If he can finish one more class this semester at College, he'll be able to get funding for Grad School and he'll be allowed to work in the States, but he needs money now to be able to attend.
