My name is Frank Rutkowski, I have 4 daughters and a beautiful wife. I've always worked hard to support my family and give them everything I have to make them happy . I've been at the same job for over 12 years... This past August I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and have been unable to work. It's been a long few years trying to figure out what was causing me problems but after a surgery, a few MRIs and some testing, Parkinson's was my diagnosis. It affects my walking and control over my movements I'm currently working on getting disability but need time to figure it all out. Just looking for some help for us to get by while we deal with this life changing news . Thank you for your support
