My dog, Buster, is sick.

I don't know what it is, if it's curable or not. I don't have the money to find out. It's breaking my heart to see him like this. He has been the sweetest, most loving dog. He is very friendly. He is a good boy and has been my constant companion for 12+ years.

I'm 69 years old and not in good health. I'm diabetic and waiting to have hip replacement surgery. He is my reason to get up every day. I need help to get him seen, please?
