Help me in my time of need

I am in need to help, my name is James, I have been out of work 2 weeks on and off due to my asthma acting up, I have lost 1 job over this, I am short on money and having it a little rough, this is about the 4th asthma attack I have had in a 2 week period, I have bills pilling up, and to be honest do not have that much food left to eat, much less money to get back and forth to work.
