Hi, I'm Alex. My mom was recently diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer. My mom is my rock, and after taking care of me my whole life, it's time for me to take care of her during this scary time. I'm determined to make this battle as smooth as I can for her. I'm scared how I'm going to be able to financially afford everything. There is a lot I'm going to need in order to properly take care of her that I financially cannot afford during this time, for my home, and my family.

I'm going to need lots of medical and cleaning supplies weekly/monthly, items to keep her comfortable, help with transportation to and from multiple appointments due to having no car, grocery shopping, on top of basic bills, and living necessities, possible child care, and care with mom. Radiation begins February 11 for 5 days. Will then be followed by chemotherapy starting around February 19th which will continue bi-weekly for 4 months. I do not qualify for financial aid. I don't know how I'm going to get and take care of everything I need to during this time, while also having to miss days of work. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated to go towards anything we might need to help us get by. Please consider helping us get by during this time.
