Urgent: I hope you can help my family in Gaza

• We are the sehweil family from Gaza / Palestine. Our family has 11 members and 7 young children
  

• Despite the many challenges of living in Gaza, my family lived a happy and fulfilling life before the war. My brother Mahmoud had just earned a degree in IT and was about to start his first job. Three of my sisters married and had beautiful children, bringing great joy to the family. But in October 2023 everything changed. Our entire neighborhood in Gaza City was bombed mercilessly. My family members desperately tried to rescue helpless neighbors trapped under the rubble of their homes. Our cherished family home, where I grew up, has been reduced to rubble. My family was lucky to survive, but they had to flee, carrying only a few of their belongings.
  

• Since then, we move from one place to another, desperately searching for safety. We have been displaced five times, relying on the kindness of strangers for shelter. Currently, we are sleeping on the floor of a narrow room in Deir al-Balah. While they are grateful for a place to rest, they don't know how long they can stay this time. Every day is a battle for essentials, and water scarcity is worsening. The intense heat and the constant sound of warplanes and explosions keep them awake at night.

• My sisters suffer from constant worry about their children, who do not receive the nutrition and medical care they need. The days are long and filled with anxiety about the future and fear of what the coming hours or days may hold.
  

• Our family home is gone – schools, education, jobs – all gone. Even if the war ends, there will be nothing left for my family in Gaza. Their only option now is to evacuate and rebuild their lives elsewhere.
  

• So I'm raising money for: - My mother and father My four sisters, Ghada, Alaa, Nidaa, and Maryam -And my brothers Ahmed Mahmoud, Ezz, Nour and Muhammad - My nephews and nieces Muhammad (12), Dana (10), Suhaib (7), Suleiman (6), Ahmed (6), Amir (4) and Walid (3)
  

• The money will be used to evacuate Gaza. Entry fees into Egypt through the Rafah crossing are estimated at 5,000 US dollars for an adult and 2,500 US dollars for a child. Any donation, small or large, will bring us closer to our goal.
