I am looking for help for our friend Sherri Hart.  Sherri had an accident at the age of four, and since then migraine headaches have plagued her.  She is now in her fifties and has seen several doctors and specialists.  Because of her condition, Sherri has never really been able to hold down a "regular" job.  She did however complete training to become a self-employed massage therapist and specializes in kinesioloygy.  She has spent her entire life trying to keep herself as healthy as possible and not become dependent on the State or anyone else.  Sherri's condition has been steadily deteriorating and a recent car accident has worsened her condition to an unbearable point.  Sherri has sought help through the Univ. of Mich. where doctors have been treating her with various modalities which have helped for the short term but do not offer a permanent solution.  Final recommendation from them is a total neck fusion with no guarantee of relief from her migraines or neck pain.  With a fusion she would never be able to work again & would probably have to go on permanent disability.  Recently, I have had co-workers who have gone to The Laser Spine Institute.  After sharing information about their success, Sherri visited the Institute in Florida, armed with her recent reports, test, MRI's and X-rays.   They CAN HELP HELP HER!!  Because of the location of the damage to her neck, she will require two operations.  It is too risky to do all at once.  This procedure is not covered by Sherri's Ins.  Sherri is a kind and caring person.  She is all about giving back.  She is a true advocate for all animals and the environment.  This procedure has a high success rate and would be a Godsend.  Our goal is $50,000.  The first procedure is $22,500 and the second is 20,000.  The cost of these procedures is locked in and will not change.  The rest of the money will be used to offset expenses incurred surrounding this "Life Changing" procedure and recovery.  Please help us help her.
