Yoyo needs surgery!

Hi, my name is Calvin and I’m trying to raise money for my beloved dog Yoyo. Yoyo has a non-weight-bearing left hind leg lameness. She has bilateral medial patella luxation (MPL; both kneecaps pop in and out). In the left knee she has torn the cranial cruciate ligament (CCL). Her surgery will cost $9,008.

Yoyo is my best friend. I bring her everywhere with me. I don’t go on vacation or travel anywhere if I can’t bring Yoyo. Yoyo loves running around at the beach and exploring new parks. Shes been so sad lately because she can barely walk. 2 weeks ago, I noticed she was walking weird. I took her to the vet and she said it might be a torn ligament. She told me to go to another vet to get a second opinion. I brought her to another vet and she confirmed yoyo has patella luxation and torn CCL. That vet referred me to Hospital for Veterinary Surgery. The orthopedic doctor recommend surgery to stabilize the kneecap and replace the CCL with a lateral suture. She will have to stay overnight at the hospital.
