You've Got This Tyler

Hi! Meet Tyler! To know him is to love him and his sweet smile is contagious. Tyler had a kidney transplant at an age when most children are just beginning to walk and talk and unfortunately, that kidney is now failing. Tyler is a survivor and a fighter, so I know as he begins this next phase in his life that he will do everything necessary to live another day. His family and four siblings mean the world to him and are his support system every day. As Tyler prepares for dialysis, at the young age of 13, I know that his family needs support both emotionally and financially. Please join me in this quest to raise money to help Tyler's family with financial support for gas, medical and daily needs.
