Hi my name is Cath, I’m the grandmother off Jaxx .. We have just been through the worst week of our lives…..

My daughter Jess had a knock at the door from Highway Patrol on Saturday afternoon , they notified her that my Grandson Jaxx had been in an accident on his e-bike and he was unconscious. He soon regained consciousness. We got to the hospital in Traralgon to be told they have air lifted Jaxx to the Royal Children’s Hospital as Jaxx had severe head injury’s and he had 2 seizures and he had been placed in a medically induced coma.

We are home now with a long road to recovery ahead of us. Jaxx is passing all the tests with flying colours, but still very confused on the accident which is to be expected, we are very blessed to be where we are right now. We are very overwhelmed and still in a lot of shock our self’s.

We were cared for by the best at Royal Children’s Hospital and we can’t thank them all enough from the bottom of our hearts.

Jaxx has a long road to recovery and my gorgeous daughter works casually and has no work at the moment due to the care required for her beautiful boy.
