YouTube Ignored EU Arbitrated Ruling – Now Taking Legal Action

My name is Andi aka andi D.

I am 73 years old, living on a tiny pension, and for the past 13 years, I have poured my heart and soul into building my Official Artist Channel (OAC) on YouTube (@andidauerblog).

It grew to over 37,500 subscribers and became my vital lifeline to supplement my retirement income.

On August 2nd, 2026, YouTube’s automated AI system abruptly deleted my entire channel and froze my hard-earned July earnings.

I didn't back down. I took YouTube to an official, EU-certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (ADR/ODS).

On September 11th, the tribunal ruled entirely in my favor, declaring YouTube's termination unlawful and ordering the restoration of my channel.

YouTube’s response? Total silence.

They let the legal deadline pass, completely ignoring the official EU ruling and refusing to pay out my money.

The German Digital Services Coordinator (Bundesnetzagentur) has opened an official case against them, but their regulatory process takes up to 10 months.

I don't have 10 months. My channel is being erased from algorithm memory every single day.

Why I need your help:

To fight back, I must take Google/YouTube to the High Court (Landgericht) for an emergency injunction. Because my channel is monetized and large, the legal value (Streitwert) forces me into the High Court, where legal representation is mandatory.

I am raising €3,000 to cover the upfront retainer for a specialized media law firm to file the lawsuit immediately.

If we win—which is highly likely given the official EU ruling—YouTube will be forced by German law to reimburse these legal fees.

I pledge that every single Euro recovered from YouTube will be fully refunded to my donors or donated to a fund supporting independent creators mistreated by Big Tech platforms.
