This fundraiser is to help Central Mass Wrestling Club (CMWC) get needed safety equipment, such as wrestling mats. Central Mass Wrestling is a nonprofit organization that was organized to share wrestling with all youth in Central MA communities of Northbridge, Whitinsville, Mendon, Upton, Grafton, Uxbridge, Douglas, Sutton and beyond. Central Mass Wrestling is looking to get all boys and girls involved in the sport and develop a youth team that will be able to compete. To keep costs low and give many kids a chance to join the sport fundraising is important to help offset the costs. Central Mass Wrestling Club also helps fund Northbridge Rams Wrestling, this is co-op with Northbridge High School, Whitinsville Christian School, Nipmuc Regional High School, Uxbridge High School and Grafton High School. This year CMWC is trying to buy warm up gear for the high school team. Last year the Rams had a for the first time ever a D2 State Wrestling Champion and for the first time ever had a Wrestler commit to wrestle in college. There are many opportunities that wrestling allows and any help given will be used to further those opportunities for our youth.
