Hi, my name is Gavril. I am a current secondary student who is going on a short-term mission trip to Mexico this August. Along with 23 others, we will be flying to Ensenada to build a house for a Mexican family in partnership with YUGO Ministries. YUGO exists to mobilize and equip God’s people to reach the forgotten. The New Building Ministry mobilizes people of all ages and experience to demonstrate God’s love by constructing a new home for a local family in need. Additionally, my church- Fleetwood International Church will be partnering with Cedar Grove Baptist’s youth ministry for the trip. Our churches will be planning, praying, and fundraising together and will have the opportunity to fellowship together at the YUGO base. I, along with the team’s goal for this trip is to grow in our service and compassion for others, develop our leadership skills, build local community, and to discover our gifts and talents through these service opportunities.

I will be raising $2,100 for the trip. I deeply appreciate your support in being a small yet extremely significant part of God’s mission and to be able to share God’s love and see all of the wonderful ways he can use me for his glory and to share his love to people eager to hear. LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
