Make Face Shields and Masks for Healthcare Workers

We, as part of ShinShin Education Foundation, a Bay Area 501(c)3 Nonprofit, are raising money to make face shields and face masks for healthcare professionals. Since March, ShinShin Education Foundation Youth Group has already made hundreds of face shields and masks, and donated them to various locations of Kaiser Permanente, Alta Bates Medical Center, Valley Medical Foundation, Eden Medical Center among other hospitals, senior centers, homeless centers and essential facilities in not only the local Bay Area but also the center of the pandemic, New York City. 

However, many more healthcare professionals are still working on the front line without adequate protection. Hence, we plan to make a few hundred more face shields and masks in the coming months to alleviate the personal protective equipment shortage and support our brave medical staff.
