My name is Kyle McNair-Robinson and I am the youth minister at the Inland Church of Christ congregation located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

During the four years that I've been preaching, our minsters and teachers have been able to accomplish turning a four family congregation into a 50 member work force for Christ. As a result, families in the community that have been impacted by food insecurity have been fed. Families that struggled with financial difficulty have been relieved.

We hope to carry on our mission of providing Godly service to the community and we'd like to kindly ask for your help.

Through educational development, programs and activities our goal is to cultivate our youth into effective members of the community.

The youth ministry program at Inland shapes the character of our future leaders by sowing within them seeds of love in addition to feeding their minds the knowledge they need for academic and career readiness and success.

My professional and educational background as a minister and administrator at the University of California, Riverside has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to properly execute and manage the youth ministry program. By the grace of God, I've been able to earn a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration & Policy and am nearing the completion of my PhD in the same field.

I currently manage a multi million dollar budget for programmatic activities and events and serve an undergraduate population of approximately 22,000 students.

My approach to this program is to use evidence-based strategies and scriptural knowledge to develop the youth at Inland so that they can be of service to the community.

I've budgeted out each line item with a sound understanding of how resources can most effectively be allocated.

If we are blessed to reach our goal of $6,000 it will cover the programs and events for 20 participants in the Youth Ministry Program at Inland for the year.

This will cover the annual cost of educational materials such as online and in-person courses, books, backpacks and other various school supplies. It will cover 6 social outings which occur on a bi-monthly basis and includes the cost of food.

Lastly it will cover their hearts in hope for the future!
