My name is David Adelaja, I am 33 years old. For 20years I have suffered from a kidney disease. Life has been very hard, I have had huge struggle with my health, although it is hard to come to the public about my health, there is however an urgent need to save my health and live a better life. It has been a struggle, but I hope the good people of the world will help me.
