Young Women's Trust England and Wales Fundraiser

At C&C Search we are very proud of our partnership with the Young Women’s Trust, who we have worked with since 2020. The Young Women’s Trust offer support to young women aged between 18 and 30, who are living on low or no income. The Young Women’s Trust help women to find employment which is right for them and aims to provide them with economic power. Every time you donate to The Young Women's Trust your donations will help support young women with strong mental health services and reaching their goals, drive change through campaigns for equality and fund vital research into young women's lives.

The work of the Young Women’s Trust perfectly aligns with the core values that C&C Search was built on - a vision to create a different future for recruitment and training, and particularly empowering women. C&C Search has always thrived on being a socially conscious business which is portrayed in the establishment of the C&C Search Academy in 2020. The Academy was created to motivate, inspire and to provide individuals with the right tools so they could support themselves and excel in their careers. An ambition which directly parallels to the ambitions of the Young Women’s Trust.

C&C Search have committed to supporting the Young Women’s Trust in the following ways:

-          We have supported the Young Women’s Trust with their CV feedback service.

-          Promoting their ‘Work It Out’ project, which we have shared with our network to help further awareness of the valuable coaching   
and job application feedback The Young Women’s Trust provide.

-          Fundraising internally to support The Young Women’s Trust in their mission to achieve economic justice for young women.
