Young Single Father Battling Kidney Cancer

TG is a 35 year old single father who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Cancer.  While working as a  custodian at Summertown Elementary School, he began to experience back pain .   He was shocked to hear the news that he had a massive 17 cm tumor in his right kidney and some other questionable spots in his lung and lymph nodes.  The biopsy results revealed that the cancer had spread and that immediate treatment should begin.  He was referred to a specialist at Vanderbilt Hospital where he was given the grim news that the survival rate for his type of cancer is less than 5 years.  He is currently awaiting a high-risk surgery to remove his right kidney before it begins to spread to his healthy, left kidney.  After recovering from the surgery, he will begin a medical trial with hopes that it will obliterate the remaining cancer that was found in his lung and lymph nodes.  
Being a single father of 3 girls, he is concerned about their future and supporting them financially.  He is worried about the medical bills that have already started piling up.  Please help TG and his girls during this devastating time.  Thank you!
