Funeral Arrangements For a 30yo mother brutally murdered by her crazed husband.

On September 19 at 9 am our dear friend and a mother to an 18 month old baby was murdered t home in from of the baby. Our friend Janice Badr, was from Panabo, Davao in Philippines and had been married to a Frenchman, since 2015.

We are a group of Janice friends residing in Bahrain. We had known Janice when she first arrived in Bahrain in 2012, working as a waitress in a local restaurant supporting her family back home.

I remember the first time we met when a mutual friend introduced her saying, she was like a pearl, rare and beautiful. She had poise, dignity and self-respect, but a great sense of humour that lit up a room.
She was without a father and had asked me officiate at her wedding and to my eternal regret I could not travel to France to attend the wedding. She delighted in being a mother to a happy little girl.
Repatriating a body from France to the Philippines is expensive and then there is the cost of medical attention and on-going care for the child needs to be considered.

We ask for your consideration and beg for any amount you can spare. We know that money is not plentiful for most people.
If you want to help but can’t donate then you could do a world of help by just sharing this page with any friends and family. Below are links to some articles which have covered this horrendous incident: The money will be sent to Janice Brother Mike M. Cabardo.
