Young Girls Basketball Organization

Hello everyone..I wanted to introduce to you my basketball organization called the Lady Wolves. As many of you know and those who may not know,basketball has been a love of mine since I was 8 years old and that love and passion led me to giving back to a group of young ladies that are very special to me. We started out as just a small group of 8 girls ranging from 2nd grade to 6th grade. With the small number of girls we had to play on one team. We have now grown to about 20 girls with two teams and on the verge of making it 3 teams ranging from 3rd grade to 6th grade. We have a group of girls that play very hard and are very special on and off the court. I started this organization because I felt that girls basketball was missing an element of development that the basketball community was desperately needing. We have a program that takes responsibility on and off the court by teaching the girls how to strive on and off the court. Part of our mission is to give these wonderful ladies the opportunity to be exposed to different elements of professional, social and emotional development to include but not limited to SELF ESTEEM building. We believe that all of these kids have something to give to this team and to the world as they become productive members of society. This is my way of giving back to these young ladies that is bigger than the game of basketball.  We are a non-profit organization that is working to keep cost reasonable for our parents, so as we go over our budget to accomplish what we are wanting to accomplish over the next year we are falling short just a little. No donation is too small, every little bit will help these kids progress along their life journey. Please be a part of assisting and helping these kids grow.
