On 8/31/25, my brother Kenny was found to have had a stroke due to a blood clot that he couldn't afford the medication to treat. He currently only has vision in one eye, still has brain swelling, and is suffering loss of motor function on one side of his body.

Kenny is a painter who is self-employed, and since his stroke, he hasn't been able to work. Unfortunately, he won't be able to work for some time. Kenny lives with, and supports, his long-time girlfriend Ashlee and their 6-year-old daughter Sophia.

At this time, they are in need of financial assistance to pay for everyday expenses, medical treatment, medication, and bills. Also, upon finding out that Kenny wasn't working, their current landlord decided not to renew their lease, so on top of the medical hardship, they now have to find a new home.
