Young Family of 4, Struggling After Injury—Please Help!

Hi everyone,

My name is Jonathan, and I’m reaching out in a time of deep struggle and unexpected hardship. On June 28th, I was injured, resulting in severe ligament damage to my shoulder and a painful cyst on the shoulder socket. Surgery is required, and I’ve been told my recovery will be extensive.

I’m unable to work and currently navigating a complicated workers' compensation process. I have no health insurance, so every medical expense—including a $1,077 MRI—is coming out of pocket. After that bill, my family’s savings dropped to just $200.

As if that wasn’t enough, our only vehicle suffered a major breakdown: coolant leaked into the engine oil, and the car is now unusable. Without transportation, getting to medical appointments or even picking up groceries is a massive challenge.

I’m a dad to two amazing kids—my 4-year-old son and 6-month-old daughter. Providing for them is my number one priority, and right now, I need help to keep us stable while we work through these setbacks.
