Hi, my name is Michelle, and I'm reaching out to ask for help for Emma and her family who is in desperate need after the devastating, record-breaking floods that struck the Mid Coast in May 2025.

This young family had only recently moved into their new home in Wingham NSW after months of struggling to find a rental due to the ongoing housing crisis. Just as they were beginning to settle in and rebuild their lives, disaster struck.

The floods have had a heartbreaking impact—forcing them to evacuate, seek emergency accommodation, and face the very real possibility of losing everything they own. With two young children they managed to evacuate in the middle of night leaving everything behind, their lives have been completely turned upside down.

They are resilient and determined, but right now, they need a helping hand.
