Young Aspiring CliftonStrengths Coach

Becoming a Gallup Accredited Strengths Coach changed my life in so many ways. I wish I knew what I know now earlier.  

10 years ago I transistioned my career from selling IT for Verizon to becoming a Strengths Coach and Leadership Consultant. I was very fortunate that Verizon paid for my accreditation fee through a tuition assistance allowance.

Through my coaching I have coached a number of young proffesionals who have a huge passion and drive to become a Strengths coach but not the purse to do it.

Through this Go Fund me page I would like to give the opportunity to a young person between the age of 19 and 25 to apply for the funds to be ome accredited through Gallup and in trun go on and change others lives.

There will be criteria to meet before and after including a business plan. I will also support this person as a mentor and coach.
