Hendrickson Speech & Debate has been around as a team for more than 15 years, but recent cuts at a state level have defunded travel and help for lower-income students. If we can reach these goals, it would be incredibly helpful for our team's survival:

$350 -- Sponsors team dues for a low-income student.

$500 -- Sponsors travel to TFA State for one student.

$1,000 -- Sponsors travel to NSDA Nationals for a student who qualifies but needs financial aid.

Access to this activity should never depend on money. It's our job as a community to make sure that programs being defunded-- like ours-- are able to survive and continue helping students who need it most.
