Yoshi's Life at Risk from Metal Poisoning

Please help my Yoshi boy we just found out he ate a piece of metal and it's causing metal poisoning and he most likely won't pass it on his own he's in desperate need of surgery please help me save my Yosh boy...thank you to all who helps me I love you so much Yoshi
