Hello!

We’re Christie and Emma, and on the 4th of July 2025, we’ll be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge with Chasing Summits and fellow members of BigBox Gym in Huddersfield.

We’ve always loved staying active and spending time outdoors, but this summer, we wanted to challenge ourselves while supporting a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts. We’re raising money for The Kirkwood Hospice in Huddersfield—a truly special charity that provides compassionate, expert care for people at the end of their lives.

Kirkwood has supported both of our families in deeply personal ways. Christie’s Auntie Leigh recently passed away under their care, and Emma’s Grandma Jean was also lovingly supported by their team. This challenge is our way of giving something back and honoring their memories.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge covers Pen-y-Ghent (694m), Whernside (736m), and Ingleborough (723m). It’s a 37km hike with a total ascent of 1,381m—and we’re aiming to complete it all in under 12 hours!

Any donation, no matter how small, means the world to us—and to those receiving care from Kirkwood Hospice.
