Yong Sue O'Donnell

On March 20, 2019, TeamHealth and Tampa General Hospital Emergency Department lost a beloved colleague and friend.  Yong Sue Hankerson O'Donnell, DNP, age 47, died tragically from injuries related to a motor vehicle accident. Yong Sue practiced Emergency Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner at TGH since 2014.  She will be remembered as a highly skilled, compassionate healthcare provider with a keen sense of humor, infectious laugh, incredible smile and generous spirit.  Yong Sue was a devoted mother and is survived by her two sons, Christian and Connor, and daughter, Chelsea. Of her many achievements, she was most proud of her children and loved them deeply.
 
In honor of our beautiful friend, we are gathering donations for a contribution to the Tampa General Hospital Foundation Tree of Life upon which a gold leaf will be inscribed bearing Yong Sue's name, thus ensuring that her memory will live in perpetuity at TGH.  Additional donations received will be given to her children for their future education needs.  Your consideration and generosity are greatly appreciated.
