The Gist --

The world is in constant flux. Between the news cycle, the political algorithm, and the daily pressure to "smile through it" while managing kids, pets, and careers, we are all navigating a baseline of chaos.
We all need mental health hygiene.

But for too long, yoga and high-level wellness have been stigmatized, classist, and performative.

At Yoga to Cope (YTC), we’re breaking those walls down.

Founded in 2019, YTC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing yoga-based resources for trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. We don’t care if you have the right leggings or flexible hamstrings; we want you to have the tools to function amidst the storm.

Why We’re Returning Now --

After a multi-year hiatus, our team of volunteers is ready to revive and expand. We’ve seen the impact our resources have:

"I have referred many patients over these years to your website... your guided meditations are terrific, especially starting at one minute. It has made the difference in many people's lives!"
— Michelle Farber Daniel, Psy.D.

The "Candy Jar" of Healing: Where Your Donation Goes --

We want to provide a "candy jar" of resources, where you can reach in and take exactly what you need. Your support helps us move from on-demand content to live, human connection.

Our $5,000 Roadmap: The YTC Wishlist --

We’ve set a goal of $5,000 to fully "re-boot" Yoga to Cope and sustain our free resources for the next year. Here is exactly how we plan to use these funds:

$1,500 | The Audio Upgrade: Replacing our current "Amazon mic and GarageBand" setup with a professional mixer, headsets, and soundproofing to bring high-quality healing back to the podcast.

$1,000 | The Scholarship Fund: Direct sponsorship for individuals to attend our upcoming in-person retreats and workshops regardless of their financial situation.

$800 | Live Support Programming: Covering the "per-session" costs for 20 virtual support group meetings, keeping them 100% free for participants.

$650 | Expansion & Outreach: Funding sponsorships for our first in-person workshops and retreats, ensuring we can sponsor attendance for those in financial crisis.

$550 | The Book Club Bridge: Providing digital book credits and physical copies for community members navigating grief who can't afford the monthly reading materials.

$500 | The "Digital Sanctuary" Infrastructure: This funds our essential home base—our website hosting, domain, Google Business workspace, and SoundCloud hosting for a full year.

The Big Dream --

Our goal isn’t just to exist; it’s to expand. We are building toward in-person retreats, sponsored attendance for those in financial crisis, and a social media presence that acts as a sanctuary from the digital "shit show."

Wellness shouldn’t be a luxury. Help us take back these practices and make them useful, accessible, and real.

Will you help us bridge the gap between the chaos and the healing?
