Josh's 200HR Yoga Teacher Training

I am a recovering heroin addict seeking to give the gift of yoga into the community.

I have been in recovery for 5 years after hitting rock bottom multiple times over again. After working the 12 steps I found my way to my yoga matt.

Yoga is a beautiful philosophy that I know can really benefit the recovery community and beyond. I want nothing more than to live on purpose and help others with my experience.

I am raising money to help pay for my 200-hour yoga teacher certification.  

My dream is make yoga affordable and accessible to those who think that yoga is expensive and intimidating.

I am in the process of launching yogaffordable; an online community that emphasis the power of choice. The yogafforadble principles enable people to make the change they want to be.

I am grateful to be on this journey with you because I can’t do this alone. It’s when we grab each other’s hands in the union of yoga that we shatter the thoughts of self-misery and lift each other up with motivation.
