My name is Kelsey Harrison, and I am a breast cancer survivor who was diagnosed at the age of 27 with stage 3c breast cancer. After enduring aggressive chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, lymph node removal, and radiation, I continue to fight every day. My journey has inspired me to help others heal, and as a yoga teacher, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of retreats.

I am raising funds to provide yoga retreat scholarships for breast cancer survivors. This began as a dream during my treatment, to create space and help others to heal, and I began selling t-shirts to raise money for this in October of 2023. I continued selling shirts throughout the year of 2024 and into 2025, and in 2025 we were able to welcome three guests on varying scholarships! Our goal is to continue this, and to expand this opportunity to as many survivors as possible.

Recipients receive a 5-8 day retreat, filled with daily yoga led by a breast cancer survivor and yoga therapist, nourishing meals, excursions, and adventurous activities designed to support healing and connection. This helps survivors to meet themselves again, to regain their confidence and understanding of their new bodies and lives, and to fill up their cup after a destructive journey such as cancer.
