The inbox here at Yoga Lab is full of requests for help and need from the community here in Naples, Florida. We can not do this alone. Perhaps the person you practice next to gave you a smile or a squeeze of the hand. That person could very well be in dire circumstances right now.

Yoga Lab's desire is to put immediate financial assistance in the hands of that person that might have given you a smile, a squeeze of the hand or chit-chatted with you softly at the end of class. There are tens of thousands of us in this community. We aim to remove any barriers or complications of filling out forms or waiting for the internet to come back up.

Your physical items are best served in the hands of the Red Cross, Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Florida & The Guadalupe Center. Rents have not stopped, extra child care is needed, and one's ability to choose their own food preserves their dignity.

100% of donations will go directly to people in need & who are in dire circumstances from Hurricane Ian. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything you can give.
