Help Scotty Get Back on his Feet

Hi. I have started this GoFundMe as a friend of Scotty, Shelley and family. Many of us are their friends and many enjoy listening to their music. Please consider helping if you can.

Scotty has been suffering excruciating hip pain for the last while. Many of you will have noticed him limping along.

Recently it has gotten much worse. He often finds it hard to walk at all or even to get out of bed some days. It is extremely painful to put weight on.

His pain has gotten to the point that it is preventing him from working and having income come in. His wife Shelley is doing what she can, workwise, to keep them afloat but it has becoming increasingly challenging for them to make ends meet.

The good news is he has been added to the list for surgery as high priority given how bad it is. Hopefully he will have surgery early in the new year. He is fairly out-of-action til then and then afterwards with recovery time needed.

Scotty also has heart issues with the medication to stabilize things being very expensive, beyond what they can afford given his current situation.

We are hoping to help out Scotty and his family while he waits for a desperately needed hip replacement .

Hopefully family and friends in the Okanagan can help. For those of us on Cortes, please show Scotty and his family some of that Cortes love and help out however you can. Every bit helps.
