Great Scottish Run Half Marathon

Hi folks

I will be running the Great Scottish Run Half Marathon on 1st October.

I want you to help me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Man On! Inverclyde in memory of my brother in law Ryan Macdonald who was taken far too soon.

Man On! Inverclyde help to save lives and reduce the rate of suicide of adults in Inverclyde by preventing suicide, improving lives, providing a safe, comfortable place to talk, increasing social connectedness, bringing the community together, to introduce safe talking within the community, to provide suicide awareness, providing peer to peer support.
